I you can read a little bit of Japanese, you should check out nicovideo, it's a Japanese equivalent of Youtube with lots more 'crazy' video like these :

Only problem with nicovideo is you have to open a account in order to view the videos, I think that's why there are tons of imports from nicovideo to youtube.
